To withdraw your bitcoin or fiat currency from your wallet, all customers are required to be verified.

Verification includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license)
• A photo of yourself holding your Government-issued photo identity card
• A utility bill issued within the last 60 days (eg: gas, electricity, or phone bill)
• Copy of bank receipt (If you deposited money into igot’s bank accounts)

In rare cases, we may require further documentation to complete Level 2.

Please note: You do not need to be a Level 2 member to deposit funds, or buy and sell bitcoin.
